Very unprofessional and disorganized dental office. I made an appointment back in July due to a tooth ache. I expected x-rays and a regular cleaning. Instead they just did x-rays and told me to come back. They said I need a regular cleaning before a deep cleaning. Never heard of this but okay. I made an appointment and came back 2 weeks later for a regular cleaning. Regular cleaning was done and the dentist said to make an appointment for the deep cleaning. I made an appointment and came back two weeks later. The dentist spent 10 seconds with me and said not to worry and a deep cleaning would fix my inflamed gums. When I asked him about the black spot on the tooth was was hurting, he initially struggled to find it. Instead of poking at it, he said that it is just the color of my gums. He did not do any assessments whatsoever. The dental assistant then bought me to the front desk and told me to make an appointment for a deep cleaning. This is where I grew frustrated because his appointment was for the deep cleaning. Come to find out, no one put in the insurance claim for this. They had nearly a month to do this. But oh! You would find the front desk staff laughing Instead of doing

Always a pleasure going to Concerned Dental. The staff is always pleasant, courteous, and accommodating. They provide all the necessary services needed. Dr. Schwartz is my Dr. He's awesome. He makes me feel comfortable, not nervous. I am very grateful, and thankful.

It's great to know when staff cares and goes the extra mile to help people make an appointment. My tooth is still savable but every in-network endodontist within a 50 mi radius had no appointments until at least August. But at concerned dental care Alexandra put me on a wait list and quickly called me back to fill the next available cancellation. So grateful; teeth are a great thing to take care of

Professional. Quick. Efficient. Doctor Shwarz sounded very knowledgeable and accurate with his diagnosis based on my symptoms. He referred me to 2 specialist bf he started working on my teeth. The staff was pleasant and respectful. The neighborhood is very clean. The office as well.
